Informal interview process but super friendly and responsive, they Asked about food handling practices, Previous customer service exp, whether I had worked in food industry before, etc.
I had an initial phone conversation and then was invited to interview onsite.

Entrevista
Early to the interview. Interviewer wasn't prepared and was late. Very blunt, acted as if I was wasting her time. Kept comparing my answers to other candidates. Had terrible body language and acted like I was doing her a favor by being their for my interview.
