First round interview was with the director of the department, roughly one hour; second round interview with a panel of 6 from various departments, roughly 45 minutes. The first interview was fantastic and the director had interesting questions, gave plenty of time for my answers, and was willing to answer questions I had. I felt that the second round interview was a bit rushed, but the interviewers all had great questions and did a nice job in further explaining the position's relation to other departments.
