Everyone was super friendly in the interview. They asked technical questions and what I would do in hypothetical situations. I thought it was a good interview. The only issue I had was during the offer. I asked if they could match my pay they could not. As well got a red flag when I asked about time in lieu as it was salary. They advised that people abused time in lieu. Time in lieu is to make up for working over time and that cant really be abused. I had to turn down the Job for the pay and the issue around time in lieu
