Two rounds, first round with two consultants with typical interview questions and then the second round is a presentation on a topic of your choosing with two more senior employees
4 stage interview process. 1). Phone call to talk about the job 2). 30 min interview with seniors (Head of cloud + GRC employee) 3). Coding assessment (take home and DIY) 4). Final interview in form of presentation and some technical questions regarding cyber security.
They basically give you three topics you can talk about and ask you to pick one. Mine was phishing campaign. You get like 20 mins to present and they ask you questions for another 20 mins. Presentation was fine as it was an area of interest and I had done something like this before. However - make sure you brush up on some basic cybersecurity concepts like encryption, hashing, tokenisation. Might catch you off guard
Had a 5 minute call with the hiring manager who asked basic eligibility questions and salary expectations. Said he usually explains the role but was in a hurry.
Had a 1 hour interview with 2 male members of the team which felt like an interrogation more than an interview, questions read off their screens one after the other without much conversation. Started with motivational questions then competency and technical. Received no feedback.
