They support large corporate clients enhance their benefits package and give access to their employees to thousands of gyms and other activities in hundreds of cities in the UK and globally. They have just gone through their 3rd funding round and got over $300 m with investor including Softbank and are now valued at over 1 billion $ and are therefore considered a unicorn.
