What is your greatest achievement
Sigiloso
My greatest achievement as a person and an analyst is the intentional transformation I’ve made in my career. I moved from simply working in customer service to deliberately building a data-driven career focused on impact and decision-making. As a person, I’m proud of my resilience and discipline. While working full-time, I committed to upskilling myself in data analysis—learning SQL, Excel, and Power BI, completing simulations, and building real projects. I didn’t have a traditional advantage, but I stayed consistent, trusted the process, and kept growing even when progress felt slow. As an analyst, my biggest achievement is developing the ability to turn raw, messy data into meaningful insights. I’ve worked with customer support data, social media sentiment, and sector datasets—cleaning, structuring, and analyzing them to uncover patterns that support business decisions. Tasks like preparing executive-level insights during simulations and organizing complex datasets have strengthened my analytical thinking and attention to detail. What truly sets this achievement apart is the balance I bring. My customer service background gives me strong empathy and business context, while my analytical skills allow me to back insights with data. I don’t just analyze numbers—I understand the people and decisions behind them, and that’s the kind of analyst I continue to grow into.
