You need to lead them by an example... If you remeber the little childrens story of sun and wind having a converstaion on who will win the competitos to make a man take off his coat. The wind though he can easily blow the coat away from the man by blow as hard as he can but the man grab his jacket and hold on his coat as tight as he can once wind failed sun shad his sunlight as hot as he can the man took off his coat. As yo can see the moral of story is that some people think they can boss around people and make people listen to them as a dictator but what really moves people is that the care and lead by example not by what you tell him to do....
