This company does have tons of favoritism- family members get family members hired/promoted. Some supervisors, I wouldn't say are actually qualified to be supervisors.. Most are hard to find because they're busy sucking up to upper management buying lunches, out on smokes breaks, or just chatting around doing nothing, surfing the internet. Some people don't know how to talk to other employees, but then you have some great co-workers. I feel like management is the issue.
