Filled out application online and was given a phone interview, later the same week I was required to come in for standard testing. Testing was easy and I passed with flying colors, I was offered a position and started within a week. Interview was very easy if you have good customer service skill, tech skills, or a nice phone voice.

the process took 3 days total between doing the application after finding the posting online and i submitted my resume and the recruiter calling for phone screen to scheduling a 1 scheduled an interview and a 4 part assessment then taken back toi the interview and scheduled a 2nd interview the next day to do another 1:1 interview with a supervisor and the interview lasted a little longer than expected because the supervisor wanted to do a computer roleplay screen to see if i was good on the phones and could do the job. then i was offered the job after going back to recruiters office and waiting to see what the supervisor said about the interview and roleplay screening

Entrevista
Really easy. Went for testing the first round. Then went for 2 interviews the second round. They then sent off a background check. It took a little over a week to hear back but other than that, they were pretty efficient
