We sent you a calendar invite to your Gmail that you provided A big step for us in our interview process is ensuring candidates can accept the calendar invite, take the initiative of calling us from the calendar invite with the provided number, and if a problem arises for whatever reason, taking the necessary, creative steps to get in contact and resolve the issue. Additionally, if you noticed a day before the interview the invitation still had not come through, an email letting us know in advance, not 15 minutes after the time of the interview, would have been appreciated. Because those steps were not taken we chose not to proceeded further with you. I hope you can appreciate that as such a small team, we need candidates that can think 5 steps ahead and be proactive problem solvers.
