I was contacted to set up a phone interview. Once a time was scheduled I was told that I would receive an invitation by email. I never received an email. On the day of the scheduled interview I was not contacted. After waiting 15 minutes I reached back out to the company and received no response. I understand it is a small company where most employees need to wear many hats, but to set up a meeting and simply not attend or send a message reflects poorly on how business is conducted at Leadit.
