I spearheaded a remediation plan for known risks and potential risks that tend to plague IT projects during the execution phase. Tested and validated the remediation plan during the planning phase of the project. Therefore during the execution phase of the project the risks were minimum and our team was able to meet the triple constraint (scope, schedule, and budget) of the project.
