I was first contacted by the friendly assistant to the director to schedule a Skype interview. The Skype interview was about 30-45 minutes long, with three staff present from WM: the director, another education coordinator, and the curator of art. The second interview was in person. The museum seemed to be pointed towards attracting a younger audience (30-something) and was proud of their new LEED-certified exhibit building and music/art program called Mix-it.
