Entrevista
After applying to a few positions online a recruiter reached out for an initial screening and to plan for the first follow-up. At this time they gave me a high-level expectation of the process so I knew what to expect.
The follow-up to that initial conversation was a technical screening and a discussion with the hiring manager. When that was complete the recruiter reconnected with me and gave me a more in-depth overview of the rest of the interview process.
I then went through an system design interview and product sense interview. After that, I did a final principles interview. Once that was complete, the recruiter reached out with the good news that they were ready to move forward with an offer once I provided references, this is also where we discussed potential ranges for the offer and were able to come to a target number for total comp.
After referrals were complete, the recruiter reached back out with the final offer and things wrapped up quickly from there!
The process was clear from start to finish and everyone who interviewed me was professional and welcoming.

Pergunta 1
- Technical screening: medium/easy LeetCode questions
- System design: medium/easy design (functional and non-functional requirements given)
- Product sense: familiarize yourself with the app and be prepared to provide feedback
- Principles: typical questions, focused on past work and learnings
only through email to arrange and follow up, not very clear procedure, and you may receive many emails from many people and some maybe system emails, I guess it's a small company, not well arranged for this
Very clear interview process and a great recruiting team and a cool company.
However, the work isn't special but the interviewers have a high standard for some reason -- any basic tenured dev can do the work lol apparently looking for "cream of the crop"

Basic Software design question -> explain building a web api and then some follow-ups
Coding interview: merge two arrays and sort them based on their squared value: [1,3,7] and [4,10,11] -> simple solution with two pointers
remove duplicates in a string
Some behavioral questions
After going through several recruitment stages, including a home task challenge, the feedback received was vague and unhelpful. As usual, there was no transparency or clear explanation regarding the reasons behind rejecting the application.
