The process involved personality screens, three technical interviews, and a behavioral interview. 1. 15 minute chat with hiring manager to explore if their was a match between what I wanted and what they needed. 2. Initial 15 minute chat with recruiter to officially kick off the interview process, describe the position, and ensure the position was a good fit. 3. 45 minute coding interview 4. Back to back 45 minute product design interview and 45 minute system design interview 5. 45 minute behavioral interview Interview feedback was impressively prompt. Heard back within 24 hours every time.
