My Answer: " Requirement Gathering is the most important phase in a SDLC. The reason is simple, in software companies we cant just develop a product as we wish. Client specifications are very important. Coz at the end of the day, we are producing/ developing a product for the client. If the requirement gathering is not proper then there can be a huge loss for the company."
