Walk-in lots of interviews taking place. Didn't look very closely at the questions. Mass hiring. There were three other people ther also waiting to be interviewed in the first fifteen minutes taht they had room for interviews.

They make you have a quick sit down with a manager to prove that you are outgoing enough to be a server. Then they have you follow a server around the restaurant for 30 minutes to make sure you don't look freaked out by how busy it is and to gauge your "foot speed"

You will be interviewed immediately when you submit your application. They are always looking for friendly people with open availability. Dress nice and bring your own pen. If you are a good candidate they will typically schedule you for a realistic job preview right away. If the realistic job preview goes well, then they will offer you the job and set up an orientation date.
