I got a call from Bullhorne consultancy. My current CTC was a bit higher in my peer. But the cconsultancy said loud and clear that there will not be any problem for my expected CTC. Moreover I wanted to stay in Mysuru (And WhiteClarcke was my top preference). When the process started everything was fine. I gave Writen Logical-cum-analytical test, Then witten Java test (I bet I really did great in both the test. Because same was iterateted to me in my technical F-F and consultancy as well). For technical they took 4 days. Finally I gave technical F-F. It was of around 50 minutes. And I answered every single questions very well (I cross-checked it while return). After a couple of days; I called the same consultancy many times to know my result. Finally they pinged me I couldn't clear the F-F. I did not ask any question further. But one more friend of mine got the call from same consultancy. Shehad more experience but 2/3rd of my CTC. She went through. So, I would suggest whiteClarke TA group that if you cannot match with the candidate's stature, please don't waste their as well as your time.
