Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa White Hat Gaming.
Entrevista
First step is a takehome task, which I appreciate more than whiteboard style interviews. Aftewards there's a call where you discuss the code you wrote. If that's okay, next is a call discussing experience, tech etc. and if you pass that then a culture fit call with CEO usually (if you reach that you are pretty much approved).
- Recruiter screening.
- A homework project to be completed within one week.
- Interview with engineering managers.
- Interview with tech leads.
All process happen very fast, very streamlined. People overall were helpful and with good intentions during the whole process.

Homework project has moderately complicated business logic, related to company domain (gaming). Not very hard and has a nice brief.
