Extremely rushed, they want in and quickly before you're smart enough to realize they are extremely shady. When I applied on linkedin, I applied for a sales associate role, and not be a part of the “Operational Management Program” or an "Account Executive". The first interview I was excited, but then the second interview is what raised the most flags for me. These flags included the rushed feeling about getting me to start work, the 6 day work week, with 8-11 hours a day, and strictly making commission. The biggest flag for me, was that I was not informed whatsoever that I was in for a door to door sales role. Not once in the interview process was I informed of this, and I had to do further research to find this out on my own. This especially turned me off due to the fact I would be soliciting customers in the Jersey City area.... I have family from there, I know those areas. Furthermore, the more research I conducted I found out the structure of the company is like that of herbal life, Vemma, or the Credico Marketing scam. Do yourself and do not become a part of this team. They try to pass it off as a professional place, with a real business feel. They even go as far as to go on glassdoor and rate themselves... because guess what stage three of their program is... Recruiting some more people to join this pyrimaid scheme. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND SEE THROUGH THE SELF RATINGS
