The interview took place on call and i was asked general questions about my previous job experience, CTC etc. Later i was emailed a copy test, which included three social media campaign plans, two 300 and a 500 word essays. Additionally, i had to create a print ad about myself. It took me two entire days to complete the test, and i did it with all sincerity, hoping for a feedback. However, none came. Even if they thought the test was not up-to the company expectations, giving feedback to the candidate is important. They simply choose to ignore. Advice to other candidates, don't waste your time on such tests.

It was really. It seemed more like a conversation than interview with a mate. Had super fun. It was peak covid and I was badly looking for a job. Everyone was pretty chill and agreeing.
