I was given a take home test to complete within a week's time. I got back a rejection and was only given feedback after I asked for it twice, through email only. I was not given the chance to speak with the hiring manager.

Incompetent hiring process, interviewers have about as much technical knowledge as a care home resident. Take home test isn't too difficult but takes a ridiculous amount of time if done properly, imagine most candidates just use AI.

Entrevista
I was contacted for a number of roles. The interview process consisted of a lengthy coding/analysis test, which required more than 10 hours - with conservative estimations - to be completed perfectly. Do not waste two days of your life for that, because they may decide later to fill the position internally.
