The whole process was managed by an AI platform from scheduling to receive candidate updates. The hiring manager had to last minute reschedule our phone interview to later in the day. She didn’t notify me what time it would be so I essentially had to be “on call” for this interview. I felt like implementing AI into the interview process takes away from the human connection.
