The process was three rounds of interviews. The first round was a screen, then a phone interview with the team, and finally a panel interview. A panel interview with 6 to 8 interviewers that included team members and managers.

Had a great initial conversation with the recruiter (Emily) on a Thursday. She said my skills experience are a perfect fit for the role. She said she would follow up with me by Tuesday at the latest. Never heard back from her. She stopped replying to emails. She viewed my LinkedIn page but did not accept the invite to connect. Bizarre. I have no desire to work for Whole Foods because of this experience and just don't understand why recruiters treat candidate like this.
