Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Whole Foods Market (Brentwood, CA).
Entrevista
I applied online through indeed.com
I got a email a couple days later saying I had an interview the next week at noon.
Got to the whole foods early so I stood right by the bakery dept. One of the employees noticed me and asked me if I was there for an interview. I said yes and he told me I was going to get the job and he couldn't wait to work with me. I felt a lot of weight lift off my shoulders and felt welcomed already even though I haven't even met the person who was interviewing me.
Once the interview started I breezed through the routine questions like "what made you apply for this position?" "Are you able to come in early mornings?" "What are some of your hobbies?" Etc
I was told I was likeable and I had another interview in a couple days with the store manager.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Whole Foods Market (Olathe, KS).
Entrevista
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
