Went to job fair for new store. Had two interviews same day. First interview was professional and went really well. Second interview was very rude and seemed intimidated by my qualifications. You win some you loose some. I guess if you have mild qualifications that's what they want. Apparently someone with a business degree and cashier experience is not qualified enough to be a cashier at whole foods because they have aspirations to become something different within a 6 month time period.

Where do i see myself in one year with the company?
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
