I filled out the "profile" for the position on their website and they sent an email two days later informing me that they were interested in my application and that "In order to proceed" I needed to answer an additional 5 questions that they posed (see one below). They indicated that once they reviewed my answers, they would get in touch with selected candidates. At least they were kind enough to inform me within the week that I was not selected for an interview.
