Large group interview that include representatives from different departments including potential direct reports. The interview lasts about an hour. The questions were directly based on current company issues and there seemed to be pre-conceived correct answers. People were friendly, but it was difficult to get to know anyone or get a feel for the job or company in that hour. I felt uncomfortable asking questions to a 15 person panel.
