Was trying for a promotion having been an employee with WFM for over a year. Unfortunetly this company doesn't really practice what they preach, at least at my store they didn't. They let you believe their this great company that treat people with respect but it's not. Clicky, snobby co-workers and if your not gay or Jewish you really dont have a shot. (I mean no dispespect to gay and Jewish people)
