No interview, hired based on the passing of my assessment. I applied back in June 2022 and no interview was required. I was hired no the 1st of July 2022 and my first day was the 25th.

Filled out questions online, and did one of those personality surveys. After that there was a month or so long process before I could get a slot for an actual interview. Their AI assistant Sage would text me every so often with 3 available times, and every time I tried to accept one, I was already taken. It took 3 rounds of that for me to get an actual interview. When I went for the interview I went to customer service, and then had to wait a bit for the e-commerce manager to come up. He was super sweet, 18 year veteran of the store. We had a nice chat for a half hour or so and it was done. I have some retail/grocery experience, which probably gave me an edge, but It seems like they're pretty willing to give you a shot as long as you have availability. After that I got an email with an offer letter. After that I received more emails for a bg check, I9 verification, and basic hr information. I should receive another email on Monday with my exact start date and training stuff. Looking forward to it!
