I applied about a month before they called me to do an phone call interview. I talked to Alma ( COO) for a little bit about the company, the position and it all sounded really good. Then I went to the office for an in-person interview with Alma and Mark (Manager of Social Creative), both are great and very friendly so the interview was chill. I showed them my portfolio and we talked about it and overall it went really well. The next week I got a call that I got the job!

Entrevista
Phone screen, tour, follow up interview and then a “design assessment” which is just designing something with their existing brands. Basically unpaid work, which draws the line for me. Friendly people, but quite generic and stale interviewing process. Took about a month.
