My degree was flagged as irrelevant and my work history wasn’t really asked about in any depth. There was a moment where I was asked if I had friends already working in the field, which felt like an odd thing to screen for. There was also an impression given that I wasn’t familiar with the role’s responsibilities, though the conversation never really gave me a chance to show otherwise.
