Why KPMG's Innovation Lab? Why the associate position (or something to that effect)? What do you think is important about innovation? Why your previous position? How will your skills transfer over to a lab environment? There was also a test/game using sticky notes and the topic of "holidays" to assess how strong the candidate would be at interacting with clients and pushing along business processes during lab sessions.
