JLL started out life as Jones Lang Wooten and LaSalle, two firms known for hiring quality, well-educated people and giving them sophisticated resources and training. I have been a client of JLL's in two different jobs in my past, and have been impressed by the firm's orientation on thinking like the client. They take a long view, beyond the current transaction, and seem to understand that a real client focus is the key to remaining profitable. They've weathered the recent economy better than their counterparts for just that reason.
