The interview process was initiated by JLL for a growing metro office - they were interested in me for a new role for the region. The process consisted of 4 face-to-face meetings and a half dozen calls over 10 months. After the first interview, it was evident that there was mutual interest on both sides, but they were not ready to pull the trigger from a P&L standpoint on the creation of this non-revenue generating position. I still get touch-base calls from them bi-monthly, but it's evident that they started the process much too soon for their business plan. If they called me with a serious offer today, I'm less certain I'd consider it, as the process we went through has harmed their credibility (though I do believe in their good intentions). They leadership for this group just doesn't seem to be decisive.
