I know this doesn't seem like a tough question. None of the questions were zingers...they were pretty standard. But the interview seemed to really want an impassioned answer about why I lived and died to do this specific job. Of course, I did hear from someone internal (not during this process) that people are very sensitive to making sure they hire for the right job and not just someone who wants to get in to Genentech.
