Hmmm...good question, I don't know. Perhaps because you were moved from Ohio yourself last Fall. It was covered in the phone screen that moving would be the candidate's responsibility and was understood. You probably experienced that yourself on your move from Ohio. Perhaps it is an indication of your class to bemoan HR in front of the candidate, only giving the director level candidate 8 minutes (you were late to the appointment), and generally be dismissive and rude to someone that very much thought Essilor was a great company. Having been at the company for perhaps a few months, one can hope that the other great people I met can rub off on you or they decide you are not a good fit.
