I learn best by doing and working with my hands. Seeing pathology and human anatomy up close with all its variations is fascinating to me and also helps me connect a visual memory to something I learned from studying books. I also enjoy working alongside a team where roles are well-delineated but members are willing and able to cross into each others responsibilities in order to make the procedure more efficient.
