Interviewed with the Principal and 2 members of the office staff in a casual setting. The was a 4 month delay between applying for the job and being interviewed. I was asked questions by all 3 of the people in attendance but not asked about my previous experience or skill set. Questions were vague with no right or wrong answer. I came away with no sense of how it went.
