Met my future boss in her office. She showed me an architectural drawing an asked me how I would read it and do a take-off. Offered a position that day. Background check and letter of intent.

The most difficult questions are when asked about previous employment. When you've had a negative experience it's sometimes difficult to put a positive spin. It will definately be the case when I have to speak about my current position.
