The interviewing process was rushed. First, there was an interview conducted over the phone. Next, they asked me to come in for a series of tests that took far longer than it should have. They were supposed to have staff on hand to operate the computers when transitioning between the different tests, but the staff was more often busy doing something else. Last, they conducted an oral interview where you are asked to read through different prompts as if you were conducting a research call.

Simple. Not to hard. I applied online and then talked to someone on the phone. Then I had to go to the building and do a computer thing, Overall the process was not to hard.
