2 interviews, first with hiring manager to gauge personality, what I'm looking for in a position, willingness to mentor, etc. This went well. Second interview was a technical screen with 2 senior staff. I thought it went well, was later told that I did not show enough enthusiasm for certain topics (i.e. mentorship) that had not been covered in that interview, but rather the first. Very frustrating and confusing.
