Easy, it was a spark hire interview that you record your answers for. You can re-record them as many times as you need. After the interview I received a phone call, that did take a while to receive but form my understanding it is usually a much faster process

It was a recorded interview like I was speaking to someone. They may have changed this process now, I was coming in when the orientation and training was being adjusted.
