Entrevista
Had a phone interview and it went well and was told I would be contacted by the following week to setup a face-to-face interview. I didn't hear back until 2 weeks later on a Friday afternoon asking if I could be at an interview either that Saturday or Sunday. I went to the interview on Sunday. It was a group style interview with the hiring manager, another manager, and the local HR manager. The interview was more of a conversation though sprinkled with giving specific examples. Overall a good interview even with 3 individuals asking questions. When I asked about "Next steps" I was told that they would be filling 4 positions for the same job by the following Friday and I would hear back then.
I sent a Thank-You email to the original HR representative the following day. ( I did not have any other contact information) I never heard back from anyone, even after a follow-up email inquiry 3 weeks after the face-to-face interview.
I wish they would just say NO rather than never calling or emailing. That may be okay with a phone interview but when people take time out and dress up for an interview at least you can give them a yes or no.

Months between Interview and offer. Felt as though they may have selected another candidate. Then got the call asking for a start date 3 days later?? Explained the two-week notice requirement I would extend to any employer and they accomodated that.
