Interviewed with different accounting groups, which varied greatly. First was with a woman who I felt was trying to be intimidating. I'm not sure what she intended to accomplish as no one wants to work with someone unpleasant. The second interview was with a group of senior accountants. While they seemed fun and relaxed, it also felt disorganized and the interview itself felt unproductive, as they asked very basic questions and the conversations weren't that informative. By that time, I decided I did not want to work at Lincoln.

The interview process was good basic accounting questions. Panel interview seem very corporate. Walk through area you will be working. Meet the team discuss expectations. Time to listen to your questions

Applied for a job listing, was responded same day by a recruiter and the same week had an interview scheduled Very friendly managers who seemed to know what they were doing and had a lot of knowledge about the company itself. Last approximately 30 minutes asking standard questions followed by a short and basic accounting test that took about 20 minutes to complete. Received an offer the same day.
