Because I was a previous employee of the company, the interview process was simple. The regional manager conducting my interview was someone I had worked with previously and therefore had knowledge of my skills and experience. My previous immediate supervisor is still an employee and was able to give an immediate reference.

Interview itself was easy but the knowledge testing was extensive and included information rarely, if ever used in this line of business. There was a pre interview with the recruiter, one with regional manager and final with the AVP and property owner

I=The interview was not too intense or serious. Expect to be asked about your employment history and why would like to work for the company. I was advised there would be a follow up request for references but I never received the inquiry. Overall, it was a good experience.

Entrevista
Was contacted for an interview, it happened virtually. The offer came shortly thereafter. My hiring manager quit before my start date, which caused some confusion, but overall the process was fine.
