I arrived and because the building is a locked building, it was difficult to get someone to open the door for my interview which threw me off a little but once that confusion was settled I met with the hiring personnel. First, I took a computerized behavior test and then had a sit down interview with the charge nurse and supervisor. They made the experience very pleasant and I really enjoyed hearing about the position and getting to know their expectations of me and hear about their vision for the center.
