Though I was made to wait 15 minutes after my appointment, I met with a member of the management team who asked a series of questions about strengths and weaknesses, and asked me how I would handle different scenarios. I was told I would get an answer after the weekend as they do not send candidates for drug screens on Fridays. I got a call that same day (Friday) from HR offering me the position, however they demanded an on-the-spot answer, and stated they cannot offer candidates time to think as they notified me of a mandatory drug screen due that day. I explained their management had goofed and already notified me of the drug screen, and that I had several factors to consider before taking a position. I was then told they would not be able to move forward with the hiring process, and was hung up on without closing.
