Very professional. It lasted about 30 minutes. The manager was great and made the time fly by. I was asked basic questions. I also was given a lot of information regarding the company. There was another lead clerk in the room. He was following WinCo's program. This program is an apprenticeship in order to pursue being a store manager. He also asked me a few questions. They both were really nice. And I am planning on pursing the same program.

One to three people interview you, they call you, set up drug test/background, start orientation after everything comes back. About a one week process, forklift certify you and let you do whatever you want with no training or teaching after that.
