Entrevista
The interview process felt unnecessarily long and unprofessional. I had to prepare two presentations in advance, one about my previous experience and one about Winbond, and additionally complete a spontaneous presentation task during the interview. The interview lasted around two hours and was conducted by two department employees rather than HR.
Throughout the interview, I was repeatedly interrupted, my motivation for working in Taiwan was questioned in a disrespectful way, and one interviewer kept her camera off the entire time. After being told I would receive feedback by the end of the week, I never heard back even after one month. HR also did not respond to my follow-up inquiries regarding the application status.

There was a lack of discussion on important topics, and instead, the focus seemed to be on probing into the organizational structure and personnel configuration of my previous company. Overall, the interview experience left me feeling very uncomfortable.

Entrevista
The hiring manager do first interview, then director do the second interview. There is also phone interview by HR. They told candidates the working hour will be 08:30 till 17:30, and overtime usually be lower than 2 hours.
